  6. Permanent residence of Mizoram State
  7. Having Aadhaar card and Voter ID
  8. No criminal records
  9. No affiliation with Political Parties and not a member of Village or Local council
  10. Applicant should be residence of the location/village or having shop where he/she applied for.
